Be My Nanny is a digital platform designed to facilitate connections between families seeking childcare services and nannies or caregivers.
Be My Nanny:
• Acts solely as a technology and matchmaking platform
• Does not employ, manage, supervise, or control nannies
• Is not a party to any employment, service, or payment agreement between users
All childcare arrangements are made directly between families and nannies.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use
Be My Nanny is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
4. User Responsibilities
All users agree to:
• Provide truthful and accurate information in profiles and requests
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users
• Comply with agreed working terms and conditions
• Ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful environment during childcare services
Families are responsible for verifying nanny suitability, qualifications, and background.
5. Matching and Engagement
The Service enables users to identify and communicate with potential matches.
• Matching results are informational only
• Final decisions regarding hiring, scheduling, duties, and compensation are made independently by users
• Be My Nanny does not guarantee availability, performance, or outcomes
6. Fees and Payments
Certain features or services may require payment.
• All applicable fees, commissions, and payment terms are disclosed prior to confirmation
• Payments and refunds are governed by separate payment policies
• Be My Nanny is not responsible for disputes related to compensation between users
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Circumvent platform rules or payment systems
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Collect, store, or misuse personal data obtained through the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
